Asian BBQ Pork Marinade

Great served with fried rice and stir fried pea pods.

Marinate Time

Ingredients
1/4 cup Karo® Dark Corn Syrup
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons liquid smoke
2 teaspoons dark chili powder
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
4 drops red food color
2 pounds pork tenderloins
Directions

Combine all ingredients except pork and mix well.  Pour half into a shallow pan.  Cover and chill remaining marinade to use while grilling the pork.  Add pork to the shallow pan, turning to coat well.  Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 8 hours.

Remove pork from marinade; discard remaining marinade.  Grill over medium heat, brushing with reserved marinade occasionally.  Cook until pork registers at least 145°F.  Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
