Stir corn starch, soy sauce,corn syrup, oil, sesame seed, garlic, pepper and ginger in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish until smooth. Add beef and green onions; toss to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain beef, reserving marinade. Place beef cubes on broiler rack. Broil 6 inches from source of heat, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved marinade, 6 to 8 minutes or until meat is browned on all sides. Serve with cocktail picks.
