Bourbon BBQ Meatballs

Meatballs are a standard appetizer on most catering menus - this tasty variation is sweet and spicy.

Ingredients
2 pounds frozen, fully cooked meatballs
16 fluid ounces Barbecue Sauce
8 fluid ounces Karo® Dark Corn Syrup
2-1/2 fluid ounces bourbon
2-1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Directions


Spray steamtable pan with cooking spray.  Add meatballs.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.  Stir until meatballs are coated.  Cover pan.  Bake at 325ºF for 45 minutes until meatballs are at least 160°F.
