Brazilian Cherry Glaze

Makes 2-1/2 cups

Sweet and spicy!

Ingredients
1 pound cherry preserves
1 fluid ounce Karo® Light Corn Syrup
2 fluid ounces red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Brazilian rub
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a suacepan; heat until well blended.  Brush over chicken, shrimp, salmon or pork tenderloin to glaze.  Or serve as a dipping suace with coconut shrimp, chicken tenders or pork kabobs.
