Chocolate Syrup: In small bowl combine corn syrup and cocoa ; stir until blended. Stir in vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator.
Coffee Syrup: In small bowl combine coffee powder and water ; stir until coffee dissolves. Stir in corn syrup and vanilla. Store covered in refrigerator. To Make Ice Cream Sodas: In tall glass, stir 1/4 cup milk and 3 tablespoons chocolate or coffee syrup until well blended. Add 2 scoops ice cream. Fill with chilled club soda or seltzer.
