Preheat oven to 350°F.
Whisk together corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, peanut butter and vanilla in a large bowl. Pour filling into pie crust.
Bake on center rack of oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool for 1 hour. Melt chocolate chips and cream until smooth. Spread over pie. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set chocolate.
