Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9-inch tart pan with pie crust. Whisk together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and salt. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and ginger. Pour filling into crust. Bake for 40 minutes or until tart is slightly puffed in the center and has set. Let cool completely before cutting. Recipe provided courtesy of Fisher Nut Company.
