Sweet Fruited Coleslaw

Makes 24 (1/2 cup) servings

Deliciously different coleslaw variation.

Ingredients

Dressing

8 fluid ounces mayonnaise

4 fluid ounces Karo® Light Corn Syrup

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon salt

Coleslaw

2 pounds coleslaw mix

8 ounces pineapple chunks, drained

8 ounces mandarin oranges, drained

9 ounces diced, fresh apple

3 ounces golden raisins

Chopped pecans, optional garnish

Directions

Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to toss coleslaw.

Combine coleslaw ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Add dressing and stir to coat. Garnish with pecans, if desired.
