Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour an 8-inch square pan.
Bring corn syrup and butter to boil in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until melted. Add sugar; stir in eggs one at a time, then vanilla, flour and nuts. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan; cool completely.
To prepare CHOCOLATE GLAZE: Melt chocolate and butter in small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in corn syrup and milk, beating until smooth. Pour over brownies and let stand 1 hour.
