Sweet Fruited Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 
  Dressing
• 8 fluid ounces mayonnaise
• 4 fluid ounces Karo® Light Corn Syrup
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 
  Coleslaw
• 2 pounds coleslaw mix
• 8 ounces pineapple chunks, drained
• 8 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
• 9 ounces diced, fresh apple
• 3 ounces golden raisins
• Chopped pecans, optional garnish

Directions

Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl.  Chill until ready to toss coleslaw.

Combine coleslaw ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.  Add dressing and stir to coat.  Garnish with pecans, if desired.
